We collect certain personal or corporate details as part of the account setup procedure. These information include the Name, Contact Number, Organization's Name, Organization's Address, Organization's Business Registration Number, and Email Address. The information is only used by AceHub for communication with the client, as well as for billing purposes. Communication via phone or email with the client is an important part of our after sales service to inform clients of certain urgent matters such as service maintenance, upgrades, renewal notices etc.

Disclosure
AceHub will never share, exchange, sell, or disclose any of our client's contact details to any third party. We greatly respect the privacy of all our client's information and will not reveal them to third party individuals or companies for any use.

In rare cases that certain government authorities might request that we disclose certain information about you. Under these situations as part of the legal procedures, only the specific information requested by subpoena or court order will be provided to the requesting party, and only for their use.
